The Trump administration is also keeping up its pressure on Chinese telecom giant Huawei.
The Justice Department has filed a series of criminal charges against the company and its Chief Financial Officer Meng Wanzhou.
Among the accusations are fraud, theft of trade secrets, and conspiracy.
