Biodiversity is the foundation of life on earth, but it is being threatened like never before and humanity is feeling the impact.
On World Environment Day there are calls for greater efforts to protect the planet’s living systems – from the largest land mammal on Earth to the trillions of microbes in the ocean that help create the air we breathe.
