Bernice Liu is well known as a television and film actress in Hong Kong, but she has also made her name in the wine industry as the founder of Bellavizio, a wine label born in California’s Napa Valley. When asked the question of how she would spend HK$8 million (about US$1 million), Liu explains how she would combine an around-the-world trip with her passion for winemaking.
