The states going to polls today are Tamil Nadu (except Vellore constituency), Karnataka, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir, Manipur and Union Territory Puducherry. Assembly elections will also be held in Odisha. Nearly 15.8 crore voters will vote in the second phase.
