Prime Minister Narendra Modi reiterated that the issue of Kashmir is a bilateral one between India and Pakistan and he didn’t want to trouble any third nation with mediation. The comment was a pointed answer to US President Donald Trump’s offers to mediate between India and Pakistan on Kashmir. Pakistan, on the other hand, has been keen to internationalise the issue on the India Development Debate.
