During the Obama administration, the CIA was reading congressional emails related to the protection of whistleblowers in the intelligence community according to newly declassified documents. These files were released by the US Senate Judiciary Committee whose chairman, senator Chuck Grassley, had been fighting for 4 years to bring the information to light.
