Kyiv is expected to launch a counter offensive against Russian troops in the east of the country in the coming weeks, that is after months of stalemate.
The fighting on the frontlines has become a war of attrition, with a high human cost.
Now Ukraine faces a battle behind the lines, to rehabilitate the many people who’ve been injured in the war.
