UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has proposed changes to National Insurance which could amount to a multi-billion-pound tax cut, if the Conservatives win the election.
Meanwhile the Liberal Democrats have launched their election manifesto with a promise to stop Brexit and build what they call a new future inside the European Union.
