Cubans are bracing for further hardship after US President Donald Trump signed an executive order imposing tariffs on goods from countries that sell or provide oil to Havana.
Cuba’s relied heavily on foreign assistance and oil from countries like Mexico, Russia and Venezuela.
The US has imposed crippling economic sanctions on Cuba for more than 60 years.
