A legal battle over a book written by former United States national security adviser John Bolton is now in a federal court.
The Trump administration has asked for a temporary restraining order to prevent the release of The Room Where it Happened: A White House Memoir.
But Bolton is asking the court to dismiss the case.
The Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, said allegations in the book prove that Trump is “clearly unfit” to serve.
