Wildlife authorities at a breeding centre in China’s southern Guangdong province plan to create a space described as a kindergarten to help tiger cubs hone their natural instincts that have been suppressed from their long confinement. All of the nearly 200 South China tigers that remain in the region were bred in captivity.
