Two MPs from Singapore’s ruling People Action Party (PAP) have resigned for having an “inappropriate relationship”. The latest scandal to hit the PAP came amid an ongoing corruption case involving Singapore’s Transport Minister and party stalwart Subramaniam Iswaran and property tycoon Ong Beng Seng, who were arrested on July 11, 2023, in the city state’s highest profile corruption probe involving the party in decades.
