Former BBC Correspondent Michael Cole says the British public will probably find silent treatment of Harry and Meghan “more deadly and effective” than booing when the controversial couple attend King Charles’ coronation in May.

“Silence can speak volumes,” Mr Cole told Sky News host Paul Murray.

“Having said that, when they did turn up at St Paul’s Cathedral for the thanksgiving service for the 70 years of Her Majesty the Queen, there was some sporadic booing from the crowd, so you don’t know.”
