Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) told One America’s John Hines that one key aspect of FISA reform legislation pertains to a so-called “amicus advocate” to protect those targeted for surveillance. The GOP lawmaker also said the key to Rep. John Ratcliffe’s (R-Texas) confirmation for the DNI post will be support from Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Richard Burr (R-N.C.), which Meadows believes is likely.
