Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced on Friday that the construction of a 60-kilometre (37 mile) fence on the Crimea-Ukraine border has been completed, as shown by footage filmed on the Perekop Isthmus. The fence is aimed at defending and protecting Russia’s southern border against ‘reconnaissance and sabotage groups.’
