The Bill, which will split Jammu & Kashmir into two Union Territories, In a historic decision, was passed by the Rajya Sabha through a voice vote and 125 were in favour while 61 were against with the passage of the Bill in the Rajya Sabha, it will now be discussed in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday.
