Congress president Rahul Gandhi has once again walked into controversies, this time while President Ram Nath Kovind was addressing a joint session in Parliament. While the President’s address was underway his eyes glued to the phone and attention divided.
President Kovind on Thursday addressed a joint sitting of both houses of Parliament, the Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha.
