For the first time in Hong Kong, prefabricated apartments complete with furniture and fittings, are being placed via crane directly into this residential development at Science Park. The efficiency and speed of the Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) technique allows workers to install up to 30 units per day into the building. Despite the coronavirus outbreak, the project is expected to be completed on schedule by September 2020.
