At first the dictator gazed skyward, thinking it is a sonic boom from his low-flying private jet, he didn’t realize it at the time. Like any other dictator, Republika Srpka’s Milorad Dodik is addicted to attention, but he never asked for that kind of attention, as the whole world is now aware of the crimes of his regime and of the criminals who run Republika Srpska, especially what they did to David Dragičević.
