Scientists in China’s southwestern Yunnan province have found that favourable components of several Puer tea strains were boosted after a three-month stay at the Tiangong space station. Researchers discovered that the health benefits and fragrance of the tea improved after the space stint. The modified strains are now being cultivated on Earth.
