Reports Kate Middleton is “concerned” about Meghan Markle’s obsession with money are “not surprising”, given the Duchess of Sussex’s concern with monetising her reputation for “media dollars”, says writer and broadcaster Esther Krakue.
“It’s clear that she’s very concerned about her reputation and how that can be monetised in terms of actual media dollars and getting all these deals with Netflix,” Ms Krakue told Sky News host Caroline Di Russo.
“And all the things that have come with the fact that she is the Duchess of Sussex.
“Now these are just reports … but it doesn’t come as a surprise because we know that the relationship between the Duchess of Sussex and Kate Middleton has been frosty, to say the least.
“So it wouldn’t be surprising if that was one of Kate’s concerns.”
