North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has sent a congratulatory message to Russian President Vladimir Putin to mark Moscow’s Victory Day. In his message, Kim said Russia “will prevail” in its fight against so-called imperialists, state-run Korean Central News Agency reported on May 9, 2023.
