Inside the quarantine zone in Wuhan, 32-year-old Rong Qin and her 67-year-old father have placed themselves in isolation in different rooms in their home to try and protect the rest of their family from the deadly coronavirus outbreak.Medical resources and personnel have flooded into the central Chinese city from across the country and around the world, and thousands of hospital beds have been added to the system with the quick construction of two new hospitals. But some of the more than 60 million people inside the official lockdown zone are describing a medical system that remains completely overwhelmed by the spread of the illness.
