Iranian FM Zarif arrived in Moscow for talks with his Russian counterpart wearing a face mask. Seeing Lavrov not wearing one, he had second thoughts, but initially decided to stay masked. Sitting down at the negotiating table, however, Zarif then took off his mask after all, exhaling with relief.
