A new UN report on climate change is calling for “urgent transformational change” to avoid disastrous levels of global warming.
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, or IPCC, is warning that hundreds of millions of people around the world will suffer from intensifying natural disasters if 45 percent of carbon emissions are not cut by 2030.
