Minister for Indigenous Australians, Linda Burney, says "it's time for recognition" as she advocates for the Voice on the last day of the ALP national conference.
"Just four of the 19 'Closing the Gap' targets are on track... it's just not good enough," said Ms Burney.
"We can and must do better."
