A whale that caused a social media frenzy when it appeared in Hong Kong’s eastern waters earlier in July has resurfaced, but experts noticed in new pictures that the mammal appeared to have been hit by boat propellers. Environmental groups and the government are telling residents not to engage in any whale-watching activities and leave the cetacean alone.
