Hachiko, a dog who has become world famous for loyalty to his owner, was born 100 years ago on November 10, 1923, and to celebrate his birthday in 2023, locals and foreigners alike have been queuing up to snap photos with a bronze statue of Hachiko in the Japanese capital Tokyo.
