Nationals Leader David Littleproud says the Victorian Nationals achieved a “great result” in the state election on Saturday.
He said this was due to “good local candidates” that are “connected to community”.
“Three of the four new members of Parliament that will be going to Spring Street in Melbourne are women, strong women in their local communities, not just in the business sense but in the community sense,” Mr Littleproud told Sky News Australia.
