China-born entrepreneur Eric Yuan, whose visa application was denied eight times by the US, is now a billionaire. Yuan controls a stake worth about $3.6 billion in California-based video conference services firm Zoom Video Communications, which he founded in 2011. Yuan came up with the idea for Zoom after repeatedly travelling 10 hours to see his girlfriend during college days.
