First Soyuz rocket launch since MS-10 emergency

A Soyuz-2.1B rocket carrying equipment from the Russian Ministry of Defence launched from Plesetsk Cosmodrome in the region of Arkhangelsk on Thursday.
This is the first launch of a Soyuz-2.1 carrier rocket since the Soyuz MS-10 spacecraft transporting Russian Cosmonaut Alexey Ovchinin and US Astronaut Nick Hague to the ISS on October 11.
