A UN meeting on the ongoing crisis in Afghanistan is underway in Qatar but Taliban leaders are not attending.
UN member states and special envoys on Afghanistan are holding two days of discussions in Doha.
On the agenda are engagement with the Taliban government and humanitarian aid.
