Former Delhi chief Minister Sheila Dixit, contesting Lok Sabha election from the North-East Delhi seat, says the constituency is extremely underdeveloped. She says that people in the constituency were suffering much more than she had imagined and that there is a need to bring development at par with the rest of Delhi. She also spoke about Congress’s decision to not partner with the AAP in the election, saying the party is very comfortable contesting polls by itself.
