Delhi Congress In-Charge PC Chacko spoke to Tiranga TV on AAP-Congress alliance in Delhi. He said, ‘The Aam Aadmi Party and Congress are free to take their own decision. We are going to decide all the seven seats of Delhi. The alliance talks were started by the Aam Aadmi Party because they were the ones who wanted to have an alliance with the Congress party. They felt that they could not defeat BJP in Delhi and we responded to that by saying, we are ready for an alliance in Delhi.’
