Covid-19 cases in India’s densely populated Dharavi slum have risen to more than 70 cases and at least eight deaths as the nation extends its nationwide lockdown to May 3.Dharavi is one of Asia’s biggest slums. Residents wash their clothes and brush their teeth in the open areas of the tightly squeezed space as entryways are blocked by makeshift barricades.
