코로나19 유럽, 영국 등 현지 상황… BBC 현지 기자

A pandemic of novel coronavirus, which began in China just three months ago, has tightened its grip around Europe and North America.
COVID-19 has spread to every continent except Antarctica as well as every single European country.
There are more than 244-thousand diagnosed cases globally and at least 10-thousand deaths.
The U.S. and many European nations have this week installed measures to stop the spread of coronavirus, including curfews and restrictions on movement.
Today, let’s go over to the UK to learn about the situation there.
Joining me live from London is Dan Damon from BBC World Services.
Dan, great to see you. First of all, give us an update on the COVID-19 outbreak in the UK and across Europe.
What are some of the UK government’s containment measures in place? How are the daily lives of the Brits being affected by the virus? We’re hearing that parts of the London Underground Network will be closed.
How much of an economic impact does the UK and Europe expect from this coronavirus outbreak and are there support measures or economic stimulus that the government there is preparing?
How do the British public feel about the UK government’s response to the pandemic? Both in containing the virus and its economic stimulus.
Dan Damon, Host for BBC World Services from London. Many thanks, Dan, for speaking to us.
