A charity in Pakistan has distributed food to the poor in Karachi, a city of over 20 million. The country’s Sindh province, where Karachi is located, announced a complete lockdown on March 22. The shutdown has forced restrictions on the movement of millions of people and goods, which have left many of the working poor jobless.
