Rep. Nanette Barragan (D-CA), chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, explains to José Díaz-Balart her concerns the Biden administration could give too much away to Republicans in talks over security at the southern border. “We don’t even have our CHC Senators at the table in the room negotiating or having conversations. And that is completely unacceptable.”
