Canada says it is investigating credible evidence that the Indian government was linked to the killing of a prominent Canadian Sikh activist in British Columbia in June.
India has rejected the allegations made by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as absurd.
But Canada has already expelled an Indian diplomat, while the investigation is still under way.
