In yet another controversial statement, Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan took on his opponent Bharatiya Janta Party leader Jaya Prada, who is contesting against him from Rampur. While addressing a public gathering in Rampur Khan said “I didn’t open dance schools, I opened proper schools and universities.”
Khan was taking an indirect jibe at Jaya Prada, who has served a long time as an actress. Responding to Azam Khan’s remarks, Jaya Prada said “Azam Khan cannot help as he is used to making such remarks”.
