Australian firefighters are continuing to battle around 200 wildfires in the states of New South Wales and Victoria in the south east of the country. Cooler temperatures in the past few days have allowed crews time to contain some of the spread, but new pockets of fire are emerging all the time.

25 people are known to have died, including three volunteer firefighters.
Tonight’s BBC News at Ten presented by Fiona Bruce includes a report from
Clive Myrie in Cobargo, a rural village in New South Wales that has been very badly hit.
