Indian Air Force (IAF) pilot Abhinandan Varthaman, captured by Pakistan after an air encounter between the countries on Wednesday, is being handed over to India hours after the scheduled time. The pilot is being handed over now at the Attari-Wagah Border after Pakistan changed the time twice.
