Refugees were a major theme in this year’s annual summit, held in Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa. But its leaders failed to come up with any concrete plans to help them.
However, they did agree to talks to support Libya’s peace process.
Still, some analysts say, that in general, the AU just isn’t doing enough.
