With time running out for a deal to be struck on the terms of Brexit, the British prime minister is facing an uphill battle.
The deal Theresa May agreed with the EU last November was emphatically rejected when she brought it back for approval by the UK parliament last week.
But instead of unveiling a Plan B for Brexit, the May seems to be more interested in keeping her Plan A alive.
